Below we feature some of the websites that we have recently added to our client website portfolio. Some websites feature comprehensive Content Management Systems, giving the client total control of the website’s content. Others are e-commerce websites or websites enabling on-line event booking and payment.
Event Associates plan, manage and promote conferences, congresses, exhibitions and other events on an international basis. Speakers and delegates from around the globe attend these top level gatherings which require a large catalogue of subjects, activities and accommodation to be organised. The prime requirement of this website was to incorporate an on-line registration, booking and payment facility. This system is controlled and updated completely by the client, via a very user friendly admin area.
Industrial Door Company, Salford, ManchesterThe Industrial Door Co is a long standing Autus client. Since we first joined forces the business has grown significantly, winning several substantial contracts with national retail companies. IDC has also become the UK distributor and installer for a major US door manufacturer.
The IDC management decided that given the significant developments in the business, the website should be re-vamped to reflect the current standing of the business. The initial website held excellent Google positions for the agreed search terms. The new look website has had a complete redesign and the content has been increased considerably, to detail the new areas of activity of IDC.
Since launch, the directors of IDC have contacted Autus to acknowledge the success of the new website, which is attracting significant new enquiries for the expanded product portfolio.
The Gleneagles Hotel, Southend-on-SeaThe Gleneagles Hotel is a beautiful period building, set in the conservation are of Southend. It occupies an excellent position on Clifftown Parade, overlooking the bandstand, Southend’s famous pier and the Thames Estuary.
Autus was invited to re-develop the website for the hotel. The previous version lacked the structure and content for effective search engine optimisation. The website concept and imagery was fine and so we agreed to retain the ‘look & feel’ of the website and spend the re-development budget in the most effective way. The new website is well structured for SEO and passes the M3C Web Standards Authority test. The content has been optimised for the agreed searches and a continuous SEO strategy is now in place.
