The client wanted a distinctive look and feel to the website, something very different to the plethora of very busy and sometimes garish property websites. The client developed with us the style and colours of the website through a series of consultations, and the company style and logo has been transferred through to the property sign boards.

The client updates the property details via a simple admin system. This system enables the client to tick (or exclude) properties for inclusion on the regular newsletters, which are formatted and e mailed out from the website admin system.

Autus researched thoroughly the keywords to be emphasised in the SEO development of the website content. In this instance, the initial expectation was that “property rental” would be a key search term. In fact, this was demonstrated to be significantly ‘out-searched’ by the terms “rent house” and “rent flat”, the prime search terms which our research delivered.
