This client has existing construction interests in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. The company has seen an opening in the local marketplace for cart lodges. These are essentially car ports or garages, but with a difference, a significant difference. They are built using traditional oak and often incorporate an office above, or a storage room beside. The proposition is that as well as a functional role, they complement and enhance the property on which they are located.
