Industrial Door Co of Salford, Manchester, is a long standing customer of Autus. We built the first IDC website in 2001 and then launched a redesigned and expanded website in 2010. The websites have served IDC well and contributed to the relentless growth of the business over the last thirteen years.
During this period the company has expanded its factory base in Salford several times, to enable IDC to cope with the increase in business volume for its roller shutter doors and also the expansion of the product range. IDC have significant contracts with several major supermarkets and retailers, winning this business through proving their worth in terms of quality and reliability of the backup service provided.
Industrial Door Co, Salford, have also expanded the product range and in addition to a comprehensive range of roller shutter doors and security products, IDC have developed a very healthy business in aluminium glazing.

The aluminium product range includes shop fronts, low level curtain walling, atriums and a variety of shop and office door styles. In addition to commercial doors and glazing, IDC serves a growing domestic customer base, installing products such as Bi-Folding doors.
DC, Salford, is a very forward thinking organisation and were very keen to explore and capitalise on the benefits of a new Responsive Design website. Work has commenced on this project and we will update with a further blog feature when the new website is launched.
