Turn Key Air Condition install air conditioning systems from all the major manufacturers including Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi. Air conditioning manufacturers habitually include a 5 year warranty but this is usually only valid subject to regular maintenance. As an authorised installer, TKAC are also approved to maintain air conditioning systems and the new Enhanced Maintenance Contracts from Turn Key give added peace of mind to customers with fixed costs and no unexpected outlays.
Air Conditioning Maintenance is a scheduled task for both client and TKAC. This leads to minimum disruption for TKACs ever expanding customers including hotel chains, retail outlets and shopping malls, restaurants, offices, factories, public buildings, schools and colleges.
Air Conditioning Servicing is more reactive. Clients contact Turn Key when problems arise. In order to maximise efficiency and minimise costs Turn Key Air Conditioning have developed the Servicing Division in two useful ways, The first is that the Servicing Hub is staffed by air conditioning technicians who can help identify the causes of problems and very often can give clear and simple instructions for clients to be able to solve the problem without the need for an emergency call out.
